This styled Heigh Torr Estate wedding was even more than I could have ever imagined showcasing a stunning Pride & Prejudice theme. Every detail was thanks to the AMAZING vendor team who brought so much classic romance with modern touches to this unique and beautiful experience for all of us.
We were fortunate to have a gorgeous day and wanted to show off both the inside and outside of Heigh Torr Estate. The dogwood tree was a perfect canopy for the look we wanted to achieve of the English Countryside, like Elizabeth’s home in Pride & Prejudice. We also wanted to bring in the elegance of Mr. Darcy’s home and bring extravagant and countryside home together. I think we knocked it out of the park with this Heigh Torr Estate wedding inspiration!
The blue hues came together so beautifully with florals from Petal N’ Bloom, linens and tabletop from Curated Events, and details from Fox & Fern Vintage Rentals and Doolittle Wedding. And don’t even get me started on the GORGEOUS cake from Maudie Cakes! It was DELICIOUS TOO!
We wanted this shoot to feel romantic, timeless, and sweet. And of course, give some inspiration for all of the romantics and maybe even some book lovers too!

Then we took things outside and took in all of the golden hour magic that the Northern Virginia countryside has to offer…and it was MAGICAL.
Then they absolutely killed it and embraced the fun by jumping in the pool!
